The market for capital has become increasingly competitive and difficult in the current financial environment. Many investors have elected to consolidate their positions with fewer managers and/or increase allocations with only existing relationships. This leaves less capital for new managers and existing managers that want to expand their investor base.
Prevail Capital understands the needs of our institutional investor partners and works closely with them to streamline the investor commitment process for our GPs. We will selectively introduce new and attractive opportunities as appropriate while being cognizant of the unique aspects of each investors’ internal commitment process.

Based on our collective years of experience working closely with top tier investors, Prevail Capital performs extensive analysis and due diligence to target only the highest quality groups for our investors. Prevail Capital works only with fund managers that have shown they know how to invest successfully.
As a small boutique firm with limited capacity for engagements, we have no choice but to be extremely discriminating in selecting managers. Client success is vital to our own success. We specifically seek clients that value the full attention and support of our experience.
Our Services
Prevail Capital’s process involves complete customization for each fundraising engagement. We work extensively with each manager to fine-tune fund positioning and marketing differentiation. We then develop and structure an execution plan to approach a highly targeted list of qualified investor groups. We value the time commitment of our GPs and LPs, and our top goal is to ensure an efficient and highly successful fundraising effort where the outcome is a diverse cross section of quality investors for the current fund and beyond. We strive to create and maintain open and continuous communication throughout the process with investors as well as managers.
